Indiana Pacers 129 – 103 Milwaukee Bucks (3-1) : les Pacers s’imposent dans ce match numéro 4 avec un box score très varié, 23 points de Myles Turner, 20 pour Nembhard, 17 pour Haliburton, 15 de McConnell et 12 de Siakam. En face, Antetokounmpo était trop seul avec 28 points et Damian Lillard a seulement joué 6 minutes toujours gêné par une blessure.

Detroit Pistons 93 – 94 New York Knicks (1-3) : Detroit de nouveau battu voit la qualification s’éloigner encore un peu plus. Les Pistons emmenés par les 25 points de Cade Cunningham s’inclinent face à New York avec 32 points de Jalen Brunson et 27 de Towns. Les Kicks n’ont besoin plus que d’une victoire pour se qualifier.
